Well, I’m Mad As power

Did you ever get angry about something that rationally should not be bugging you know you have so much? If you want to pinch someone’s head off for cutting you from the road? Unprocessed and unexpressed anger is often associated with chronic pain. Plus, erupting over relatively benign issues wreaks havoc in your personal relationships.
Where do these outbreaks and how can they be eradicated? If you do not know how to anger and other strong emotions flowing through you, they become “stuck” in the rule to a certain memory of a past hurt or injustice. Because we usually think of these negative emotions as “bad”, we tend to try to suppress or keep them in check. This creates a tremendous tribute to our personal energy. How can you tell if your power supply is running on empty? Here are some common symptoms: fatigue, carryover, impatience, inability to seek business or fitness goals, couch potatoism (ok, I have shown that one of them) and a low overall level of satisfaction with life in general.
The good news is that you can recover your precious creative energy quickly and easily. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle, non-evasive form of emotional acupressure with acupuncture meridians. By tapping or rubbing certain points on the upper body releases stuck energy, the emotions came into force. The results will be immediately and permanently. Best of all, the technique is easy to learn.
Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, is a free copy of the EFT manual for anyone who asks. Information on its website.
Basically, you are using two fingers to write or type comfortably on a series of acupressure points around your torso. While you listen and you will tune into your thoughts about a problem that bothers you. Here’s an example:
Choose a problem that bothers you right now. Let you feel disturbed, as you really are. You do not have to hold it together for everyone, how can you really feel about this? Rate the intensity of your feelings on a scale of one to ten, with a low intensity and ten high.
Tapping on the Karate Chop point (the side of the palm) Even if I upset about _________________. I deeply and completely accept and love me. Repeat three times.
Eyebrow piercing point (where your eyebrow meets the bridge of your nose): I have a problem with_______________________.
Side of the eye (the bony ridge outside of the eye): I have a problem with ____________.
Under the eye: I’m really angry about__________________________.
Upper Lip: I am very angry about _____________________________.
Front Chin: I’m appalled that about______________________but can change.
Collar Bone Point (opposite the notch at the tip of the sternum): I am appalled by the _______________but can change.
Under the arm (where the bra strap would be … sorry, guys!): I was annoyed about ______________and I am ready to focus on something else.
To Head: I am ready to focus on something else.
Take a deep breath.
How do you feel? Has the intensity of emotion changed? If you are still feeling angry, some of the question, just go through the steps again. Is there any other aspect of the problem that you know now? Have you felt any strong emotion, is there. The stronger the feeling, the more you can easily sense the change in your mood. You will also find that your perspective of the problem has been expanded. You can really shift your energy from you.
EFT always works, even if you do not know what to say. Easy listening and a few breaths realize how strong you are feeling, emotion makes it so much easier to have an emotional disturbance.
After the body of chronic pain is no fun, there’s no sense to add psychological and emotional pain about it. Do yourself a favor and give energy tapping out. You will be amazed at how easy it is to change your mood. Good luck!
