Migraine are sometimes triggered by certain factors such as stress, lack of sleep, food, etc. can also be a trigger-in times. Some foods are known to trigger migraines. Once the migraine episode occurs, does not panic. Find a quiet place and try to relax as much as possible. Some of the things you can do are:<br />
1. The breathing exercise:<br />
Breathing regulates the inflow of blood and oxygen supply to the brain and head region. Breathe slowly and deeply so that they are relaxed.<br />
2. Head Massage:<br />
