Like any experienced migraine will tell you they can be migraine triggers that food send them off into a headache.
For me, alcohol is the winner. And I think just about all forms including most wines, beer and mixed drinks. (Hey, that’s good news .. I will never be an alcoholic. The pain is simply not worth it!)
