Naturally Pain Free
Have you ever gone into a nice, easy run and felt a slight Twing here and another there? But still, you keep on running, ignore the Twing. Two days later, to get to go again for another comfortable, easy to run. The Twing is still with you, but it is not so bad, so that you continue your run.
Now that the weekend comes. Nirvana. All the time in the world expects a lot for your weekly long run. After a few short clicks, you trip and fall, make your knees, the Twing, has been a significant pain.
